ABSTRACT:
We report a short and efficient synthesis of 1,2,3-triazole and S-triazine derivatives of thiazoline . Triazole heterocycles are found to be potent antimicrobial, antiviral agents.1, 2, 4 –triazoles have found broad application as herbicides, fungicides and antibacterial agents. Oxazole and their derivatives have been detected to possess significant biological activity, which make them interesting in the area of agrochemicals.1-(4-(4,6-Bis(4'-chlorophenylamino)-1,3,5-triazin-2-ylamino)-phenyl)-3-(aryl substituted) prop-2-en-1-one 3 has been used as precursor to synthesize some new isoxazoline and thiazoline derivatives. Several Derivatives have been synthesized and evaluated for their antimicrobial efficacy against Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, antifungal activity Penicillium citrinum, Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus niger.
