ABSTRACT:
A series of Pyrazolo[5,1-c]thieno[3,4-e] [1,2,4]triazin-6-amide derivatives were synthesized from 5-amino pyrazole and characterized by spectral analyses and their antibacterial activity was evaluated. Compound 5a was the most active among all the compounds synthesized compared to other compounds.
