ABSTRACT:
From the Petroleum ether extract of Terminalia Bellirica (stem bark), Friedelin (1), Oleanolic acid (2), and Betulonic acid (3) have been isolated and characterized. Whereas 5, 6, 7, 4’-tetramethoxy flavones (4) has been isolated and characterized from ethanolic extract. The flavone is being reported for the first time from the title plant.
