ABSTRACT:
A new class of heterocyclic compounds 1,3,4-oxadiazolo-[3,2-a]-1,3,5-triazine and 1,3,4-thiadiazolo-[3,2-a]-1,3,5-triazine derivatives have been synthesized. The structures of these compounds have been confirmed by spectral analysis (IR, NMR & Mass). The title compounds were then evaluated for their In vitro cytotoxic activity by MTT assay method and NR assay method using breast cancer cell lines (MCF-7 and MDA MB 231). Newly synthesized compounds have shown promising anticancer activity.
