ABSTRACT:
The development and validation of Trihexyphenidyl Hydrochloride was carried out by Ion pair extraction method. The estimation was measure at 410 nm. Against blank preparation and calibration curve was plotted. The Beer’s Law was linear in concentration range of 2?g/ml to 18 ?g/ml at 410 nm. The method developed was validated to determine its accuracy, precision and specificity. The recovery study was carried out by standard addition method.
