ABSTRACT:
A series of steroidal N-2-phenylethenyl-7a-aza-B-homo-3?-acetoxycholest-5-en-7-one were prepared by the reaction of 2-hydroxy-2-phenylethylazide with steroidal ?, ?-unsaturated ketones in dichloromethane. Structures of all the synthesized compounds are supported by elemental analysis IR, 1HNMR and Mass Spectral studies and chemical evidences.
