Novel pyrazolo thiazole derivatives were synthesized by thioamide treated with various a-haloketones in ethanol. The structures of the newly synthesized compounds are characterized by 1HNMR, 13C NMR, LC-MS and screened for their antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli (ATTC-25992), Staphylococcus aureus (ATTC-25923), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATTC-27853) and Klebsiella pneumonia.
