ABSTRACT:
Twenty Pseudomonas fluorescens strains were isolated from rice growing soil samples and characterized. One of the
P.fluorescens isolated and identified from the dual culture test. It was fermented for secondary metabolite in a small scale and extracted with ethyl acetate. The isolated metabolite tested against rice fungal pathogens. The structure of the compound was elucidated by high-resolution NMR spectroscopy.
