ABSTRACT:
Flavonoids are compounds with varied chemical structures and are commonly found in fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. In this study, flavonoid compounds of Ferulago angulata were extracted and then the flavonoids were separated from the extract by column chromatography and thin layer chromatography. Several analytical techniques such as UV, IR, 1D-, and 2D-NMR analyses, including COSY, HMQC, HMBC correlations were used for identification of the flavonoids and determination of their chemical structures.
